MIAMI, FLORIDA, November 15, 2023 – On the second anniversary of CityVitae’s strategic partnership with One Paraiso, a luxury condo highrise in downtown Miami, we’re thrilled to reflect on the remarkable impact our EV charging technology has had on driver productivity.
Due to limited availability, only 2 parking spaces could be allocated for EV charging at this time. With 276 units across 53 stories, CityVitae was challenged with ensuring the charging needs of the entire building could be met within this limited space. To properly accommodate One Paraiso’s residents, CityVitae installed the first Level 3 Fast Charger for multi-family use in the state of Florida.
